How much is shipping? When will my order arrive?

We offer worldwide shipping at varying rates depending on the country your order is shipped to. The delivery timeframe also depends on the shipping destination. Check in the table below in which region you are located.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive an email comfirming your order right after we received your payment. When the postal company picks up your order from our distribution centre, you will receive an additional email including your Track & Trace code.

Will I have to pay any additional duties and taxes?

In some countries, the customer may be required by its country's customs regulations and government policies to pay duties and taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange or return my order?
